Brudders’ Books Donates to Ollie’s Little Library
This might go down as one of our favorite memories to date so far. Ty and Nikki (and Ollie of course!) who created and built Ollie’s Little Library, are easily one of the most creative couples we know.
Part of the Little Free Library program, Ollie’s Little Library was established this year in 2020 and is located in the quaint, little neighborhood, Azalea, in St. Petersburg, FL. Sitting accessibly at the edge of a corner lot, it’s in the most perfect location for you to swing by and browse through the books that sit proudly within this whimsical little masterpiece they have created.
Let your imagination run free looking at the little hobbit land they built around the base of the library, or get lost thinking of the Florida Keys as you stare at the hand-painted navigational signs running up the library’s posts. It’s like experiencing multiple worlds in one, and you’ll find yourself in no rush whatsoever to leave. The books are extremely well-maintained, and there’s even Ollie bookmarks for you to take AND an adorable guest book for you to sign!
But if you’re REALLY lucky, you just might be greeted by the library owner himself, Ollie! Ollie is the sweetest little rescue dog with a bubbling personality. We got to meet Ollie while we were there and to our surprise, he came running over to us excitedly in a pastel green t-shirt, proudly representing Brudders’ colors! We might have ourselves a new sales rep!
When it comes to his library, Ollie is all-business. He knows how to work the camera really well, and he certainly knows a good book when he sees one. We’re happy to say our book, Brudders Learns How to Make Friends, is Ollie-approved!
If you find yourself in St. Pete, FL, be sure to swing by and check out this beautifully maintained Little Free Library. We promise you’ll be happy you did!
